It is part of the IIS’s Department of Academic Research and Publications. The IIS embarked on ²Ï³Ü°ù’a²Ôic studies in 2000 with a view to promoting scholarship on the plurality of traditions that were inspired by the ²Ï³Ü°ù’a²Ô and developed throughout Muslim history up to the present time.
